Care Guidelines: You can disinfect the FDKaM with medical-grade disinfectants -- e.g., those that are ammonia-based or bleach-based. You can rinse the keyboard with hot or cold water. However, you cannot put the FDKaM through a sterilizer (e.g., autoclave or Statim), and you cannot get the USB connector wet. Submerging the FDKaM entirely (including the USB connector) can lead to a fire hazard and could also damage your computer if you plug the wet USB connector into your computer. You can roll the FDKaM, but please don't crush or crease it hard, as if folding a piece of paper; that will break the electronic connections inside.
Warranty: We provide a one-year hassle-free replacement warranty for the Flexible Dental Keyboard and Mouse for all customers who follow the Care Guidelines. If a problem arises within your first year of use, following the care guidelines, we will promptly ship you a new keyboard. In that situation, we'd like to receive the failed keyboard back so we can examine it for any defects. The sole obligation of this warranty shall be to replace the product. There are no other warranties except as stated. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we be liable for consequential, incidental, or spcial damages, including, but not limited to, damages or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Products which have been subject to abuse, misuse, vandalism, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair or improper installation will not be covered by warranty.
